Radio DePaul Interview with Jamie and Pierce of Universe

30 May

This band doesn’t let an ACT ruin a good party.

This week on the Curious Sophisticate, I interviewed Jamie Miller and Pierce Burke of Universe, an up-and-coming alternative punk band from Chicago.

Universe is a fresh face to the alt punk scene. After many years of writing lyrics, Miller (vocals/guitar/songwriter) has finally found a home with Burke (drums), Kat Smidt (vocals/keyboardist), Paul Fleck (guitar), and Ryan White (bass).

Check out my interview with Miller and Burke. Make sure you check out Universe’s MySpace and follow them on Twitter!
